Are there minimum orders for Embroidery?

There are NO minimum order quantities on our embroidery services. 

What are the logo setup fees?

If we haven't worked with your logo previously, the logo requires digitizing. It's $80 to set up a logo for the front of a garment, $100 to set up a rear logo, and $150 to set up a front & rear together (Best Value Save $30).

What is Digitizing?

Digitizing is the process of creating an Embroidery File. It recreates the provided image into stitches, so it's compatible with our software and machines. 

How long does the digitizing process take?

1-3 business days

What file format is required to digitize my logo?

JPEG, PNG, PDF, PSD, AI, EPS, SVG.

Do I need to approve my logo once it's digitized?

All new logos are to be signed off for quality assurance. This offers us an opportunity to discuss colours, sizes and pricing if any changes are necessary. We won't start embroidery on your garments without the logo approval first. 

How often do you order from your suppliers?

Weekly. 

Do you offer Screen Printing services?

Yes. However, there is a minimum order quantity of 20 garments. Please get in touch with us for further information. 

Do you design logos?

Yes. Whether rebranding or starting something from scratch, we can help design a logo for a business, team or brand. Contact us for more information. 

Do you offer Postage?

Yes we post Australia Wide

Do you offer Dry Cleaning?

The Logo Lady is an Agent for Immaculate Dry Cleaning in Craigieburn. 

The Dry Cleaner visits three days per week. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday excluding public holidays. Items need to be dropped off at our store prior to 10am on a collection day to ensure it's returned the following collection:

• Monday pickup, returns Wednesday to shop

• Wednesday pickup, returns Friday to shop

• Friday pickup, returns Monday to shop

Your dry cleaned items will be available to collect from 12pm onwards. We expect that your items will be collected within two week of cleaning.
